PFAS-free solid lubricant, non-halogen flame retardant 'melamine cyanurate'
Generates inert gas during combustion! Demonstrates flame retardancy by diluting the oxygen concentration.
"Melamine Cyanurate" is a sublimable compound with a graphite structure, and it can be used as a solid lubricant and drip prevention agent, making it a nitrogen-based flame retardant. It exhibits flame retardancy by generating inert gases during combustion, which dilutes the oxygen concentration. Its appearance is a white powder, with a nitrogen content of 49 wt% and a true specific gravity of 1.52 g/ml. We offer two types: the basic grade "MC-4000" and the fine particle grade "MC-6000." 【Specifications (partial)】 ■ Appearance: White powder ■ Nitrogen content (wt%): 49 ■ True specific gravity (g/ml): 1.52 ■ Bulk specific gravity (g/ml): 0.1-0.5 ■ Solubility (g/100g·H2O): 0.0002 *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
